This past April 15th we were treated to a wonderful full lunar eclipse, the first in a series of four in the next two years. The weather perfect! It was pleasantly nice and there were no clouds on the sky! Because Easter was round the corner, I wanted to capture a picture that will relate to this important holiday for the Christian church and to this astronomical event. After doing my research and scouting a few locations in the area, I found this ravine near Colton/Grand Terrace. I had found the perfect spot! Here’s my composite of the event.

Here are two more images from that day that I really liked.
